Indian Head Massage
An Indian head massage can be performed seated or lying down. It is a 45 minute treatment with many benefits including the relief of migraines and headaches, regulates sleep patterns and reduces anxiety and stress. The areas worked on during the treatment are head, scalp, face, neck and shoulders. All massage movements are used to ensure all benefits are enhanced to the maximum. Indian head massage leaves you feeling clear headed and in a place of tranquillity.

The microdermabrasion facial takes the top layer of the skin off because that is where all the toxins and excess oil lives. Microdermabrasion is used to treat acne, fine lines and wrinkles, redness or swelling, blackheads, uneven skin tone and open pores. Leaving you with a fresh and healthy glow!
This mechanical treatment uses suction to lift the facial tissues via small moving cups. The main use of this treatment is to stimulate the lymphatic and circulatory systems, aiding the flow of waste products and blockages whilst deeply detoxing the skin.

Milia (milk spots) removal
Milia forms when the dead skin cells don't slough away. Instead, they get caught under the new skin, harden, and form a little white disc.
Milia removal is a tiny prick with a needle and then the milia is wiggled out.

I am a beauty therapist alongside massage therapist with 6+ years experience in the industry and multiple qualifications. Beauty therapy and massage therapy have always been my passion from a young age, i love everything about it as well as having the power to make somebody feel positive and confident.
Most people think beauty therapy is just about looking good, they couldn't be more wrong! Whilst it is important to love your apperance, feeling good is just as nessacary. I also feel the importance of using all animal cruelty free products and equipment to ensure no furr babies are harmed.
